13 novembre 2015 – Pentagrammi di farina

Avete mai sentito parlare di cornbread? Io l’ho sperimentato oggi a pranzo ed ho subito voluto riproporvi questa ricetta…davvero sfizioso e perfetto per i vostri aperitivi. Un tocco di cucina internazionale…questa volta di origine americana.

E sulle note di Puzzle Pieces dei Saint Motel, iniziamo la preparazione (qua il testo).

INGREDIENTI

Farina 375 gr
Faina di mais 225 gr
Sale 6 gr
Lievito per dolci 20 gr
Zucchero 20 gr
Latte 480 ml
Uova 2
Burro fuso 110 gr
Mais 50 gr

PREPARAZIONE

Sciogliamo il burro in un pentolino, senza farlo scaldare. Prendiamo una ciotola e mischiamo tutti gli ingredienti, lasciando fuori il mais. Mescoliamo fino a raggiungere un composto omogeneo.

Prendiamo una teglia da forno, in questo caso ho scelto quella da muffin per avere delle monoporzioni, ma potete utilizzarne una da dolce. Inforniamo quindi ad una temperatura di 200°C per circa 20 minuti, posizionando la teglia nella parte superiore del forno. Il cornbread sarà pronto quando avrà raggiunto una colorazione dorata.

Come ingrediente extra ho aggiunto del formaggio grattugiato.
